Returns

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone past since the delivery of your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any reason unless stated otherwise by our support team.  Please check out our policies for more information.

All LED products come with a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what it takes to take care of any issues for you!

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for defective products and orders that haven’t been shipped yet. In the rare case that you receive a defective product, please refer to our return policy then email us at info@luminousneeds.com immediately after and we will send you a new replacement.

Exchanges of items are also accepted for orders that haven't been shipped yet. However, If you've received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, your order has been shipped and cannot be exchanged. If you would still like an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Cancelations

We accept cancellations if they haven't been shipped yet. If you've received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, your order has been shipped, and cannot be canceled. Terms and conditions apply.
