Wasn't impressed with how long delivery took, not clear enough on website. Messaged numerous times with no response as was supposed to be a Xmas gift for my son but arrived few days into January after ordering mid November.

My son loved the product and unfortunately I ordered two to ensure receipt by Halloween. There was no one to call and my email inquiry did not respond addressing with key issue. Oct 12th order never confirmed. Reorder Oct 22nd received Oct 27th. Original order received Oct 29th. No way to reconcile the issue, no one to speak with.

It's really nice, the strap is a little tight so the mask leaves a line on my face, maybe switch to a more adjustable strap. And the mask has a little whine on certain pictures but overall it's a cool mask that'll get everyone asking about it.

Honestly this mask is amazing! With the right hoodie this things appearance is spectacular. The lighting to adding the images you want to the creative things you can do is honestly surprising. Took me a while to figure it out but damn when I did I had fun as you can see! Fits great and the black mask is a great companion for this!

Does what I expected, over all I like it, just a few things I'm disappointed by. Mainly the battery I received appears to be faulty as it won't reach full charge. Sent an email about this but haven't received a response yet. Secondly Sometimes the display does some weird stuff, a very faint red LED in an all black and white image for example and lastly the plastic screen is extremely susceptible to scratching, I tried polishing what I thought was some sticky residue off the screen using a soft microfibre cloth and it's left a bunch of micro abrasions on it, If you're wiping the screen use a very soft cloth and be very gentle. The scratches aren't noticeable in a dark environment so not a huge deal but you can see a lot of them in the light. All in all satisfied with my purchase but there's still room for some improvement. Here's hoping for a release of a higher quality luminous mask 2.0 in the future. Namely an improvement on the plastic screen being so easy to scratch.

This mask is capable of way more than I originally anticipated. It will definitely help me hide my face online. There is a small buzzing noise when the lights get to bright but the brightness is adjustable so it's not that bad. Visibility is also pretty limited, but still enough to do most things. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Alright so the mask is cool, functions as it should holds a good charge and the DIY feature is solid. You do have to be some small distance away for most of the faces to look like faces and not blurry dots.
But thats not why it got 5 stars. I've never ordered from this company, never heard of it until I started looking for this mask. And their customer service is just top notch. Responded to multiple emails within 3 hours. I can't even get that from family members let alone a business. So shout out to them for that.

This is really a great mask for any occasion, either if your at a halloween party, trying to hide from the world or just showing it off to your friends I would definitely recommend this product. It’s kinda hard to see at things from time to time but still you can get form A to B.
