We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US & China. It will usually take 5-10 business days(may vary depending on the shipping method selected) for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped. We will send you a tracking code with a link, that gives you real time updates on the location of your item.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free in the United States on all items.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time: the sum of the processing time and the shipping time
Processing time: the time between when you place an order and when we ship it
Shipping time: the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues. The shipping fees of DHL Express and FedEx Ground may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shopping cart. WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses, and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 5-10 business days for your order to arrive in the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-3 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if applicable. Please see our return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR STOLEN?
Luminous Needs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and deem the order agreement fulfilled upon successful indication of delivery, per the associated tracking number.
NOTE: Lost/Stolen packages are not eligible for a refund only a replacement if needed document is presented.
We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure its reliability and security for safe delivery, including monitoring tracking updates for prompt retrieval upon delivery. If your tracking number indicates delivery, but you have not received the package, please double check that you've provided the correct address, after which we recommend the following:
- Look to see if a notice of attempted delivery was left
- Look in your mailbox and around the delivery location- the courier may have left it somewhere less conspicuous (e.g. by the garage, on the front porch, in the decorative antique mailbox on the house, etc.)
- Ask anyone you live with if they found the package (e.g. roommate takes the package in and puts it up for safe keeping, and then forgets until asked)
- Check with your neighbors, particularly if you have similar house numbers

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE A INCORRECT ADDRESS?
All customers that provide an incorrect address when ordering, have the ability to ship to the alternative address if the package has not yet shipped. However, if the parcel has been shipped we are not liable to provide any customer with a refund or replacement.
