We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if you are not satisfied with the items in your order, go ahead and send them back to us (after contacting us first) within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (less our shipping costs).
Products purchased between 9/15 and 10/31 can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Requests must be made within 3 days of receipt. If you are worried about an exchange not arriving in time, you can go ahead and purchase the new product you need and we will refund you once the product is sent back. Just let us know before you make your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Take note that you as the buyer are required to purchase the return postage. Please contact us before sending the item back to the shipping address originally sent. If a return is accepted despite it not meeting our guidelines, a restocking fee may be applied.

You should return the item(s) through a traceable shipping method to the address above. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order or making an exchange. Write the Order # on the box and on a note inside the box. Do not forget this step or your return or exchange will be delayed.
How to Start
To start a return, you can contact us, and provide our team with your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, you as the customer are required to purchase the shipping label(which varies depending on the situation). Please purchase postage through USPS doing so should reduce any mailing complications. In addition, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Keep in mind refunds usually take up to 7 business days to settle into your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us about the issue. If you qualify we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please provide the following when getting in contact with us:
- Screenshot of your order number and receipt
- A picture of the broken item inside its original box and packaging(bubble wrap).
- A video showing and describing how the product is broken.
Note: Once inspected if there are problems found with the product a restocking fee will be issued.
