Return Policy


All LED products have a 30-day money back guarantee (any extended warranties purchased can only be used for limited replacement) from the date of purchase. You must provide a video of the issues, describe the problem, and what was the cause. We will then assess the validity of the claim, and act accordingly. Ultimately, we hold the final decision upon the cause of the issue, and the solution to the issue. Thereby reserving the right to determine whether the 30-day money back guarantee warranty is valid.


To be eligible for a return we need to be contacted within 30-days of receipt. As the customer, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our requirements are that the item or items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the following is not provided a restocking fee will be charged(15% or greater restocking fee) or the request for a return will be rejected.

You may want to use a traceable shipping method to the address above. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, unfortunately, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

Please also write the order # on the box and on a note inside the box. Not doing so your refund may be delayed.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept exchanges for defective products. In the rare case that you receive a luminous product that is defective, please email us at immediately and we will send you a new replacement.

Exchanges are also accepted for orders that haven't been shipped yet. If you've received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, that means your order has been shipped and cannot be exchanged. If you would still like an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping fees and the price difference related to the exchange.
