What are our processing times?

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days of them being placed. From there they are passed onto our distribution centers for packing and shipping.


Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.

How long is shipping normally? 

Delivery times can vary depending on your region and location, the below list are approximations:


- United States: 4 to 7 Business Days via USPS


- United Kingdom: 4 to 7 Business Days via Royal Mail


- Australia/NZ: 5 to 14 Business Days Via AUS Post & NZ Post


- Europe: 4 to 15 Business Days via Standard Shipping


- Asia: 4 to 12 Business Days via Standard Shipping


- Rest of the World: 4 to 15 Business Days via Standard Shipping


Keep in mind that these are estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped. We will send you a tracking code with a link, that gives you real-time updates on the location of your item. 


Please allow 48 hours for the courier website to update with any information.

What postal service do you use?

We use various different couriers across the world from USPS, AUS Post, Royal Mail, Royal Mail, Canada Post, and more.

Yes, we do! We deliver to almost every country. We've delivered to over 50 countries so far. 

Where do we ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses located in the US & Over Seas. We automatically choose the cheapest & fast option to ship from to ensure your order is received as fast as possible.

Costs, Taxes & Duties

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free to the USA. The shipping cost to your region is stated at checkout. There are no duty & taxes.


For orders outside of the aforementioned countries, may be subject to tax & duty charges when entering the destination country. Please contact us or your local customs office for more information.

Do we have to pay taxes & duties?

Orders being shipped outside of the United States may be subject to tax & duty charges when entering the destination country. Please note that Luminous Needs has no control over the amount of these charges, as customs policies can vary widely. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For further information on charges in your local area, we would recommend contacting your local customs office.

Issues

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Please check your junk mail folder. SMS and Email confirmations are sent every step of the way. Specifically:


- When you make the initial purchase


- When your order has been processed with a tracking number


- When your order is about to be delivered


- When your order has been delivered


Please note tracking numbers are sent after 1-3 business days. Business days are weekdays, not weekends or public holidays. Please be patient, thank you!

Why has my order been delayed?

Shipping times may vary due to seasonal volume, weather, and customs/duty processing for international deliveries. COVID-19 is still a major disruptor in supply chains, depending on government regulations, delays are to be expected. We will try our best to keep you informed, however often delays occur without warning.

What happens if i made an order by mistake?

If you have made a mistake, we can try to cancel the order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, your order has likely started processing. Please be careful when placing an order.

Why has my order said delivered, but I have not received it?

If your tracking number states delivered & you received an email confirmation of the delivery, please wait 1 business day, as sometimes delivery statuses are updated pre-emptively. 


Please keep in mind Luminous Needs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and deem the order agreement fulfilled upon successful indication of delivery, per the associated tracking number. However, we will try our best to assess the situation contact us via info@luminousneeds.com

What happens if I place an incorrect address?

All customers that provide an incorrect address when ordering, have the ability to ship to the alternative address if the package has not yet shipped. However, if the parcel has been shipped we are not liable to provide any customer with a refund or replacement.
