We do not accept change of mind refunds. If you receive your product and decided you want a different type, we cannot provide a refund. We offer full replacements for any issues and faults that may occur within the first 15 days. Please send a video of the issue to our support team.
If we assess your order and find a malfunction we will replace the item causing the issue. If you have an issue, please send us an email, and attached a video of the issue.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us about the issue. Please provide the following when getting in contact with us:
- Screen shot of your order number and receipt
- A picture of the broken item inside its original box and packaging(bubble wrap).
- A picture or video showing that it is broken.
