Returns

We offer a 30-day (beginning day of delivered purchase) warranty. Within the 30-day warranty period, we offer a money-back guarantee.  We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, after the guaranteed 30-day return period.  Please review the return policy for more information.

WARRANTY

All LED products come with a 30-day warranty from the day of delivery of merchandise. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do what we can to make your shopping experience pleasant!

Changes/Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for defective products. Changes can be made to orders that have not been shipped. In the rare case that you receive a defective product, please refer to our return policy and email us at info@luminousneeds.com immediately.  After receiving your email, we will instruct you on the next step(s) needed to receive a new replacement.

Order changes of items are also accepted if the order has not been shipped. However, If you have received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, your order has been shipped and cannot be changed. If you would still like to make a change to your order(after receiving an order confirmation). you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Cancellations

We can accept cancellations if your order has not been shipped. If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, your order has been shipped, and cannot be canceled. Terms and conditions apply.
