All products have a 30-day limited replacement warranty (any extended warranties purchased can be used only for limited replacement) from the date of purchase. You must provide a video of the issues, describe the problem, and what was the cause. We will then assess the validity of the claim, and act accordingly. Ultimately, we hold the final decision upon the cause of the issue, and the solution to the issue. Thereby reserving the right to determine whether the 30-day limited replacement warranty is valid.

Please use caution before placing your order. *ALL LED mask and accessories purchased between 9/15 and 10/31 can only be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Once you place your order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be refunded, this includes tax and transaction fees associated with your order. Since we are a small business, we must take these measures with our return policy during the upcoming holiday seasons as a precaution. Order changes of items are accepted if the order has not been shipped. However, if you have received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, your order has been been shipped and cannot be changed. If you would still like to make a change to your order(after receiving an order confirmation). You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
We only accept order cancelations for orders that have not yet been shipped. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number, it means your order has been shipped and cannot be canceled.
